Fall is hands down the BEST season in Minnesota, which is why I chose to have my own wedding in the fall! If you’re also dreaming of an autumn wedding, there are tons of beautiful venues across MN to choose from. At Availed, we tend to lean toward venues that have great outdoor spaces so our clients can take advantage of the crisp air and changing leaves. Read on to learn more about our top 5 choices!

No. 1 | Grand View Lodge
Nisswa, MN
It is so quintessentially Minnesotan to get married in a cabin up north, and Grand View Lodge takes “cabin” to the next level! The grand staircase surrounded by the changing fall colors makes for the perfect grand entrance. Opt-in to using the fire pit to give your guests an extra cozy vibe! Check out their website here.
No. 2 | Pinewood
Cambridge, MN
Get married in a forest of magical, 100-foot pine trees in the middle of Minnesota! We have yet to plan a wedding at Pinewood and since it’s on our Venue Bucket List, we are offering $150 off any planning package to clients who book us for their wedding here in 2023!

No. 3 | The Hall of Kings
Minneapolis, MN
Just steps away from St. Anthony Main, this historic venue combines stone walls, wooden beams and romantic lighting to give all the moody fall vibes. Head outside to use the changing leaves, Minneapolis skyline, and cobblestone street as the perfect backdrop for your first look.

No. 4 | Nicollet Island Pavilion
Minneapolis, MN
Having your ceremony right on the banks of the Mississippi river is beautiful any time of year, but add the fall colors and this location is stunning! They have a tent that makes the space easy to convert in case it’s chilly or rainy on your big day. Better yet, the exposed brick and forest green accents give us all the fall feels.
No. 5 | Ashery Lane Farm
Mayer, MN
Nothing says “fall wedding” more than getting married at an actual apple orchard! Ashery Lane Farm has countless opportunities for outdoor photos, you don’t even have to leave the venue. Might we recommend embracing the apples and serving mulled cider at your bar or pie for dessert?
