I'm looking for a day-of coordinator. Do you offer that?

We call this package Wedding Day Management because it includes so much more than coordination!

Wedding Day Management begins 60 days before your wedding, and your Lead Planner will do so much more than just coordinate the day - they will create your timeline, communicate with your entire vendor team on your behalf, plan all of the behind-the-scenes details, attend your venue walkthrough, manage your rehearsal, plan for all the what-ifs, and more. We offer unlimited communication via phone or email so you can contact your planner for advice, questions or just to vent!


Why should I invest in a wedding planner?

The average couple without a wedding planner can spend over 300 hours planning their wedding. When you plan your own wedding, you are responsible for all of the research, interviewing vendors, sourcing decorations, attending meetings, and coordinating logistics. When you hire a wedding planner, you get to keep all of that time and stop stressing about the details!

Another perk of hiring an Availed wedding planner is exclusive vendor discounts. We offer discounts through select florists, rental companies, stationers, and dress designers. A wedding planner can actually save you money!

All of our wedding planning packages have a base price that will fit most of our clients, and we offer add-ons for couples who need a bit of customization to make our services fit their needs. Pricing ranges from $2,500-$10,000+.

Who will we be working with?

Depending on your package, you might work with different members of our team! Lexie is our full service planner + designer, so you’ll work with her when you book Availed for Complete Coordination, Event Design, or Micro Wedding Planning. Bethany also is one of our designers so if you book us for Event Design, she could be your primary contact!

For all packages, 90 days before your wedding you will be assigned your day-of Lead Planner and Event Assistant. Your assigned Lead Planner, Lexie, Taylor, Bethany or Kalyssa, will work with you to build your timeline, handle all your vendor communications, and ultimately be with you + manage your wedding day.

Can you describe your ideal couple?

Our ideal client is engaged! But on a more serious note, Availed couples are excited about marrying their person, willing to trust professionals to plan and execute their dream wedding, and are usually busy professionals who need someone to lean on and collaborate with throughout the process.


Can you plan our engagement party or rehearsal dinner?

We specialize in weddings, but we welcome events of any kind! Additional wedding events can be added to your contract for a fee. Send us an inquiry today and tell us all about your event!

Planning a non-profit event? We can help with those too!


How much time should we expect to spend with you?

This varies depending on the package you select upon booking us. Depending on your package, you'll have between 3-12 meeting hours with us. All packages include unlimited access to our online planning tools, including Aisle Planner, and emails/phone calls with your Lead Planner for the duration of your contract!


Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

Due to the size of our team, we are able to book multiple weddings per weekend, but every Lead Planner on our team only supports one wedding per weekend. Over our years in the industry, we’ve found that we can provide the best service by being fully dedicated to one event per weekend. We lock in dates on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we only take on an event if we can guarantee a Lead Planner and Event Assistant for that date.

Are you insured to work at my venue?

Yes! We carry $1 Million in general liability insurance which covers us to work at any venue.


How many hours of coverage do you offer?

We offer up to 12 hours on the big day. Your Lead Planner and Event Assistant will be scheduled to arrive and depart as necessary, to ensure nothing is missed. We can also stagger our arrivals in case you need us onsite earlier in the day, but we typically aren’t needed onsite until around noon!


We’re getting married in MN but live somewhere else. Can we hire you?

Yes! We work with plenty of couples from across the country, from New York to California. We’ve also worked with couples from all kinds of different backgrounds, religions, and orientations. No matter who you are or where you’re from, there’s an Availed package for you!

What forms of payment do you accept? Do you have payment plans available?

We accept payments via check, Zelle or Venmo, but please note Venmo adds a 2% service fee to each payment.

An initial, nonrefundable payment is required to hold your date, and the remainder of your balance is paid out in installments leading up to the wedding day.


Can you set up and put away our decorations?

We do not replace other wedding vendors, so we won't complete labor typically supported by other vendors (like put together your floral centerpieces or hang draping). However, we will happily set up your personal and day-of décor, as long as it is within our scope! During our 60 day out meeting, we’ll help you create a custom day-of inventory list to organize all of these items and ensure there is a plan for setup + teardown for all the items you bring and rent for your wedding day.

Setup and teardown packages are available for an additional fee.


Do you have a rental inventory?

We don’t carry rentals, because we really care about focusing on the planning and logistics behind your wedding. However, we can get you discounts at almost any local wedding rental vendor!


My venue has a coordinator, do I still need your help?

Venue coordinators and wedding coordinators are very different! Your venue coordinator works for the venue first, whereas your wedding coordinator (or manager) works for you. Check out our blog post to learn more about the differences!
